If the BOD don't move heaven and earth to get those oppies in the money well before expiry then they have effectively signed the death certificate for the the "new and improved" company, Critica. Oppies were selling at 1c before the CR and consolidation (now 0.3c), and they have a fiduciary duty to put them in the black...since it was their strategy, and their strategy alone that tanked the SP at the time. No bad news, dusters, sovereign risk, or anything else that would ordinarily flatten the SP...just their own strategic choices.
It's up to them to deliver.
They're on notice.
