Not 100% take up of the allocation, but still not a shabby amount, nearly 60%.

I am happy I got my full entitlement plus the additional shares I requested.

There is a lot of news due in the next few months.

• The ongoing drill results for Tomingley south
• The initial resource estimates for Tomingley south
• The approval process for the Tomingley drive
• The much awaited ongoing drill results from Boda
• The quarterly results next month
• The completion of the Zircon Tech Pilot Plant and the commencement of the process testing and hopefully some positive news.
• The demerger of the ASM from ALK
• The removal of the overhang of the rights issue
• The indication from NE that other exploration on other tenements will also be active next year his proactive interview.
• The results for the testing of the Peak Hill resource recovery

The next few months will tell me if my participation was a good decision. I think it will prove to be.

Interestingly the notification has the following comment, "While capacity for Alkane to place shortfall under the rights issue exists, Alkane has no present need or intention to seek placement of these shares."
