yes I see ..and Im sure the Combined years of Experience that the Board have together ..is well aware of how critical it is to pick the right , winnable cases .. when we Use our Own money to Fund cases ...we tend to be a lot more discerning and objective ( realistic ) about outcomes ..

While in the Client Pays Upfront model .. Lawyers will take the Case win lose or draw.

Firths and a few others are a "No Win No pay" model that are going from strength to strength .
