I bought VXR today after following the story for a long time. The stock certainly looks undervalued based on the DFS, however the market seems loathe to embrace VXR, possibly due to the difficult history of Sulphur Springs' development. Personally, I believe that this project will prove to be the gift that keeps on giving, however this is just my gut feeling and is not based on any science per se. Of course financing is the next key hurdle, here's hoping that we attract an equity partner who takes a stake on attractive terms in a similar way to the recent Galena Ming (G1A) transaction.
