Close-by open-pit mines already in production are Abydos (iron ore), PLS and AJM lithium.Therefore, I feel like VXR should get the go-ahead.

From what I can gather, the EPA issues are pertaining:
- Northern Quoll habitat
- Tailings storage
- Mine Closure plan

They said replying this week, so most likely they won't hear back until June? What didn't they sort this out the last time the response was submitted?

I really hope this back-and-forth dance with the EPA won't drag on for too much longer... would be a shame (or opportunity) if SP drifts back to mid-teens... Mr Market patience has got its limits.
