Let the dust settle on C10 before looking for new opportunities - post-merger integration is a very nuanced process, and it's important that the TSN team maximise value from the C10 acquisition and focus on winning new contracts before doing more BD.
I think we would be best served if the team focus on integrating the C10 business and strategising & executing any bolt-on / cross service offerings between C10 and DWX.
This could be first done by pitching new C10 services to existing DWX clients and vice versa, before working out a 'full-service' offering to pitch to win new clients as was foreshadowed in company presos pre-merger.
