    Environmental and stakeholder manager


    Your future area of responsibility


    Responsible for


    Development and implementation of an environmental management system


    Development of company-wide standards, procedures and guidelines for dealing with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with industry and professional regulations, and carrying out internal audits


    Support the entire team in:


    All environmental aspects of our activities.


    Feasibility studies for our projects in the areas of environmental law and best practice in environmental protection


    Strategy development and feasibility studies for our projects in the areas of stakeholder engagement, examination of social compatibility and other aspects of corporate responsibility, also with regard to the community.


    As well


    Participation in the implementation and further development of the enterprise's Environmental (Social Governance Strategy) strategy


    Support cooperation with authorities, associations and other public institutions, project partners as well as communities and local people - with a focus on the company's commitments to transparency towards all stakeholders.


    Support in negotiations with property owners, municipalities and other public authorities


    Your profile


    University degree in environmental sciences, environmental management, stakeholder engagement or a natural science or engineering science with experience in the environmental field


    At least 3 years of experience in environmental sciences, community relations and community development


    Experience in negotiation and problem solving


    Experience in working in an international environment


    Professional experience in industry would be an advantage


    Ability to think and act independently, critical analysis and decision-making


    To have skills


    Demonstrated leadership skills


    Conversation skills, negotiation skills and enjoyment of dealing with people


    Very good English and German in writing and language


    Computer skills also in the field of data analysis


    Social media


    Driving license
