Yep absolutely necessary as they had no chance of raising capital trading at a fraction of a cent, follow on trading had pushed this down to a point where maybe they should of gone harder at it and done a 100:1 consolidation. Usually, a shell company that cleans up its register also announces something like vending in a project at the same time to raise capital off/for but nothing but crickets from this lot.
