Yes, the value is exactly the same BUT when we start trading again the share price CAN go lower (and will) and we lose overall value, potentially from the current $1.00 ($13 000.00) all the way down to .001 ($13.00) of a cent each again.
Whereas before this consolidation your shares were locked in at .001 of a cent each for a total of $13000 and could NEVER go lower than .001 of a cent each or $13000.
