Maybe the class action should be against the BOD, They havent provided any proof that they have applied for reinstatement, nor any proof that they have applied for permits for the Wombat Field, yet they are promising big things with Enterprise north one which is more likely to deliver results similar to Ottway one, re un-commercial.
My gut tells me we are headed for the same outcome as AJQ.
