Until there's a change in management, it's the same issues under a prettier structure. The real question is how long it takes them to ruin the new structure that’s now made my breakeven $1.07. The new shareholders, having just funded the business, should be showing this management team the door. If it were me, once they’d served their purpose in pushing this through and executing it at board level, I’d be moving them on based on their track record alone.
