"At a general meeting held on 21 December 2018, shareholders approved the issue of options
exercisable at 6c per share with an expiry date of 30 November 2019. A number of the
optionholders have exercised those options and have paid the conversion price of 6c per
share. As a result, JAT has issued 7,905,000 shares on exercise of those options."
