Not really a fan of this as a long term holder. They have basically done a $495,000 capital raise (current market cap is just under $6m) at 1c when the current price is 1.6c (the price was 1.9c or nearly double the capital raise price yesterday) heavily diluting the registry, not to mention the options in their favour at 2c in 2 years time. That is a massive discount to the market especially if they decide to dump the shares.
I suppose the good thing is that the company now has the cash and its all about getting gold out of the earth!
