While this is a good news, I would like to mention my thinking outside the box a bit. Tic Court Case was delayed till July this year or a bit later this year, and it is coincidently with the time delisting occur So let us assume TIC founders win the Court Case by July or later, they will have more money at the time, but then, they can not buy anymore PGH stocks as delisting has occurred. Isn't it a bit coincidence here. Just my thinking even TIC founders already have some money and they can buy the stock if they wish.

Now, according to my view, most of the claims in the TIC court case was actually point down to one man, CEO Sanjay Dayal. Mr Dayal had been criticised on this forum for not managing the company business properly by many of our former members and forced them to quit during the takeover bid. The point I am thinking is, while nothing is immaterial yet, but Mr Sanjay Dayal seemed to take the credit as a successful leader, to negotiate a debt refinancing, which in fact was reduced from 800 mil debt line limit to this new debt credit line, according to Borg. I go wilder to think, this is another attempt to be used against TIC founders Court case to prove previous allegations and comments posted by many previous members on this forum were untruth.

So, in my opinion, this news make no sense as it hasn't materially affected yet but could be used to counter all our previous criticising about his failure in business management in 2020 that dragged the sp down so badly in the Court Case. The time is different in the Court Case vs this current timeline. So, I don't think this news is any relevant, a convict may be come a free man after years of serving in jail, but that doesn't deny that the fact he committed to such allegations that dragged everyone down in the past nor his convicted offence to buy shares illegitimately through Pact Employee Scheme and was forced to sell out on the market by order of ASIC.

    Just my opinion.
