To vote no online, you only need your HIN (holder identification number) in CHESS, your postcode of the address you have in CHESS. What you do is:
1) go to boardroomlimited.com.au and select the Login...InvestorServe option at the top.
2) assuming you're not already registered on boardroom, choose the bottom right option of "Individual Investment Access"
3) fill out the panel with your HIN (just the 8 or more digits), your postcode, the GNX code and name of your CHESS account and then it gets you in.
4) once into your investment panel, you select 'Statements and Advice' as shown in graphic below, then View for the Scheme Booklet as shown. Then a PDF should appear and you follow instructions then put in the web address and vote code and postcode. The voting process (you are voting No, remember!) will then be easy to follow.
