If you did not receive that form, call the GNX share registry on 1300 737 760 or 02 9290 4081
and hassle them about voting.

Most important that you lodge your proxy vote so it can be counted, especially NO votes.
Not voting /abstaining does NOT count for anything.

The SOA deal will be blocked if more than 50% or more of the shareholders WHO VOTE, say NO at the scheme Meeting ( each HIN counts as 1 vote, irrespective of holding size).
So be in it and be counted..... lodge your proxy vote.
A Scheme of Arrangement meeting is one of the few times that small retail shareholders can use their numbers to be heard and noticed if they lodge their proxy votes.
Usually its the BEOT and Board, 'aii dressup up in their suits' with their large shareholdings who "pull rank" and push through what whatever suits them and their pockets.

The fruits and rewards that should ultimately come longterm investors in GNX should not allowed to be 'grabbed by' or 'gifted' to J-Power vultures with their opportunistic low valued offer.
