Minister Gallagher, through Assistant Treasurer Jones, has asked ASIC to "consider" the matters I have raised. I have now raised those same matters with the Australian Government Solicitor, (AGS). It is the AGS to whom NAIF would and I beleive should have turned to obtain an opinion from the Solicitor-General.

A nuisance retail GNX shareholder asking for consideration of a "Report of Misconduct" is one thing; a request for consideration by one of the ministers responsible for the Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility Act 2016 and the Assistant Treasurer is another matter altogether.

Mr Greg Yanco, ASIC's CEO, and Mr Peter Witham, Senior Manager, Misconduct & Breach Reporting, might be in for a little surprise on Monday morning when they read what I will be sending them. They might well have to do more than "consider" the situation.
