I think your vote goes into whatever option you choose, and that goes to the Chairman who declares the “yeas and nays”. Your proxy vote (I think) can only go to someone else if they have another agenda…..otherwise by default it goes to the chair of the meeting. Stand to be corrected. Just a rough response……

And unfortunately I think the ultimate outcome is a fait accompli !
