    MinterEllison and GTLaw worked on the booklet together. They did not call for NAIF and the FIRB to be made parties to the proceedings in Mr Justice Black's Court.

    NAIF and the FIRB are the holders of important information; as is ASIC.

    The Transaction Booklet should be withdrawn pending the resolution of crucial issues.
