yes, the top 20 might hold 60% of the shares, and if we go down the holding size, maybe the top 100 or 200 might well control 75% of the shares which would be sufficient to get the required 75% of shares vote over the line .... the WANTS of the Big End of Town.
However, that leaves over 7500 other shareholders who COULD vote,
If only a small %age of them eg 10% turnout and Vote and they say NO, then there is no way that the BEOT mob will get their way as at least 50% SHAREHOLDERS who vote will NOT be supporting the SOA.
May I metaphorically say, it will not be a 'pleasant experience for the BEOT' if the small shareholders show that their numbers can take control of the power station tailrace and give the BEOT a good "hosing down'. Wont be what they BEOT were hoping for and it might not be very pleasant for their egos.
