There has been no release in respect of proxy votes for the first up Scheme of Arrangement. There’s absolutely no advantage sending in an acceptance for the takeover offer ahead of the closing date because you can’t withdraw it, so even if holders are of a mind to accept the takeover offer, hold off until after the Scheme meeting.
