How does it do that? Can you elaborate by supporting your stantement with factual evidence? This announcement shouldn't even be classified as 'price sensitive' as it tells us nothing more than we already know apart from the fact that they drilled 20% less depth than planned which is not a good sign. If there was anything positive, you'd drill more not less.
