At first, I thought that marketing it would prevent or at least hinder a deal, but on thinking about it a bit more i came around to thinking that it might not be a bad blow at all. Expansion could be beneficial to a buyer.
Hopefully, if it sells, it goes to a listed Australian company. I would rather contract with a listed Oz company than an entity co-owned by private equity.
