You either misread my post or do not understand the essential nature of a JV.
i did not mention or even imply a JV. A JV is a commercial operation conducted by 2, as a rule, self-funding entities wanting to achieve a business result. There is no way that SPQ could enter into a JV, not even
contemplate one in fact.
Instead, I said SPQ runs it but with the gold producer holding shares in SPQ, also funding the setting up perhaps. Those 2 things go hand in hand too.
