A JV between a minnow explorer and a major player rarely arises imo. A possible JV is usually envisaged in a farm-in/farm-out Agreement and normally is 30/70, with 30% being the original tenement holder ie the minnow. A JV normally does not happen though even upon the satisfaction of the terms and conditions as to discovery etc by the entity farming-in. Usually there is a buy-out and the minnow walks away with money and no tenements.
I can see SPQ possibly farming out some of its tenements, but none at Greenvale. Why? The tenements are potentially too valuable. Also, they are possibly geologically related and connected. In that regard, the gold at Steam Engine may have been generated from nearby porphyries. Refer to reports on this from last year.
