Well as disappointing it is to know SPQ refuse to seek the needed help to run things, it looks like you may have been right - they state 'negotiations' with toll processing parties, so that may entail some of what you've previously outlined. Or, it could simply mean pricing discussions on toll processing. Either way, I can only assume it means they want to go the mining alone.
As per usual however, take what we read with a grain of salt as it's generally there to keep shareholders in check. So we'll see what eventuates out of this in the next few years.
