I agree - I think the cap raise price will be higher than 2c - that's all the info we have at present based on the ANN from March 8.
But as with what happened over at BUD, the CAP Raise price went from 5c to 10c as the avg price/VWAP went up - I think the CAP Raise price for PSF will be calculated around the end of March, to go into the Propectus 15/4/16.
