I do not think the latest announcement has anything to do with the fall back in price.
A lot of big fish traders got involved here and once it started to fall many wanted out to lock in profits or got stoped out.
It has been a long time since I have seen such a large amount of 60k to 150k dollar value single trades both in buys and sells,and this is the reason why IM still on the sidelines for now.
IM more of a holder of stock than a trader these days so while these large value trades continue at this level it is just to risky for me.
I have a price target but will keep it to myself.
