You really should do a lot more research before going off in a public forum expressin your version of what is happening and slamming everyone involved in the transaction when really you are a long way from the facts. Maybe you are not used to dealing with complicated transactions involving more than a price on a tag and a buyer and a seller at the local milk store.

Seriously you are starting to embarass yourself because as I have said before you are looking for something bad which really is not there.

If you are not happy sell your shares. That is the best way to let the company know that you are not happy. Also a good way to protect your investment if you think that this transaction is so bad.
