That's a $45million back hander and NO-ONE's asking to who for what ??? 11% of the company based on shares on issue post deal.
And there's no mention of an escrow period on those suckers either. They're available to be sold on market when the ink hits the paper. You want to complain about a few million loose shares on market each day give 380,000,000 shares some thought.
And how vague is the info on who these shares are for and why ? Not to mention what the consequences of vooting down the resolution are.
My advice, approve resolution 2 and vote down resolution 3. Let's see who squirms.
