I have an idea.
Prior to the meeting I'll have a dig ariound and see if I can come up with the names of the director or directors of "Jedi Resources" and post them here.
I think someone who may or may not be entitled to a little reward for greasing the wheels on this transaction has decided to, as you put it "stuff their pockets". This amount is an outrage.
I also suspect that the plan is that Bayan will aquire these shares off 'Jedi' some time soon after the deal at a cheap price effectively giving this entity a $50million dollar handshake and Bayan the extra shares they want in the company. Bayan have to keep their noses clean so a mysterious $50million dollar payment like this is not going to come from them. But KRL who need any kind of deal to avoid going bust won't be subject to anywhere near as much scrutiny.
