The obviuos answer to your question as I've mentioned in several posts would be Bayan. If as has been suggested they will be looking for a larger stake in KRL than 56% then these 380Million shares seem like a logical place to start without sending the SP to high during the buy up. In fact I'd be surprised if an arrangement hasn't already been come to for Bayan to buy these shares not long after the deal is done.
