Adlaw and Drarthur - Its only in the BDO report, that the deal is said to be conditional on the issue of shares to both Bayan and Jedi.
Drarthur - KRL will know full well who Jedi is. Jedi has probably been set up just for this transaction.
We can bitch and moan, but in the end the resolutions will be passed. Those with the majority interests will vote in favour of the resolutions. With that in mind, I suggest us other shareholders just try to focus on the upsides...
