niksniks, can I ask a question about your post.
You say that "Those with the majority interests will vote in favour of the resolutions". Why would that be a given? Do you believe the company whats to through money (or scrip) away ? Or do you suggest they stand to gain from the Jedi payment in some way ? Surely if they stood to gai from it then they would be exclded from the vote ?
They way the resolutions are put forward, resolution 3 stands alone from the others (despite what the IER says). I suggest everyone votes down resolution 3 and then we find out what's behind it. Surely if Bayan see sheholders vote for their deal but some side deal (Jedi) to line pockets and grease wheels is vited against they will look at some kind of compromise for Jedi.
