All I meant from my post re: voting is that I believe the deal would not have been done without the knowledge and support of those with significant shareholder interests in the company.

That does not mean there is anything underhand - just that the transaction is a fait accompli with or without our minority votes at the meeting.

Nanook Holdings alone holds about 52 million shares (according to the BDO report). Assuming the Nanook that posts on this site is the same person, he/she seems in favour of the transaction (from prior posts) and to have a very good understanding (at all times) of what the company is doing although there is some feigned ignorance every now and again.

I'm not saying Nanook holds any balance of power by him/herself - I'm just using that as an example of people with much bigger holdings than us mere mortals, who will ultimately decide what happens to this company :)
