Oh of course we should. Shouldn't all deals involve large mysterious payments BVI incorporated companies set up to hide the indetities of the recipients.
How about, if they're due all this credit they show some transparency. You've inadvertently hit the nail on the head. The reason to ine ASIC (should that happen) is because so little is known about the whats and whys.
And we may very well be able to block this deal if the pool of eligible voters is as reduced as it should be.
