Just becuase its part of the original allotment doesn't make me happier.
If its something being done at Bayans request why do they need addition approval (Not from us) to get it through?

Is it a way that bayan gain more control than it looks like because the sahres will come back to Bayan?

If its a slush fund then KRL shoudl not pay it, if its part of the original deal funnelled elsewhere I guess we have to wear it and its probably above board at least from our end.
