Vote the 3rd resolution down drarthur.
It will be interesting to see the voting on this. If they count a full set of votes on this resolution the company will be saying that it has no knowledge of any shareholders or associates of shareholders being involved in Jedi. Once they're in that position a complaint could be launched with ASIC and they would then need to disclose who Jedi were. If it happenned that Jedi was made up of people associated with KRL then they'd be in sorts of doo doo.
On the other hand maybe given the stink created here they won't be game to risk counting inappropriate votes and we could overturn the vote.
