I would say it is perhaps part of doing business in indonesia? KRL have told us exactly how many shares are being given up to gain control of Pakar. Bayan & KRL have obviously agreed that 380 million of the gareed amount will go to Jedi. The IER is happy with the total figure.
But IF this is some sort of "get the job done and grease the wheels and palms" arrangement, what does this say about the company that is about to take the controlling interest in KRL?
Perhaps that they can get things done in Indonesia?? Maybe Bayan will be just what we need and in more ways than we evey realised?
