re: Ann: Completion of Due Diligence and Noti... I've seen a of posts to the effect that Bayan will want to increase their holding beyond the 56% they will have after this deal. Without wanting to suggest anything inappropriate does anyone that shares that view have a problem with handing a majority controlling stake of the company and (number of directors) to a company they expect will want to acquire more shares, obviously as cheaply as possible.

Call me paranoid but what guarentees do we have that Bayan will work to push the Sp up before they have all the shares they want or need ? It seems pretty illogical for them to do that to me if the initial premise is correct.
