re: Ann: Completion of Due Diligence and Noti... How did they build the infrastucture that is in place and even mine 300,000 tonnes without Pinjim Pakai ? Did they have a Principal Approval in place that lapsed ? And more importantly given that IBU was headed by local Indonesioan businessmen how did they fail to gain this crucial permit and why did they arrange $135Million in funding and spend what they did on infrastructure without being certain thet either they had it or were sure to get it ?

Another detail that for me raises more questions than answers.
