I respect your research into the company and it is good that you are so thorough when you invest your money. However there are a lot of things you are missing out on. You are looking for shadows in the brilliant sunshine but if you look hard enough at the light your eyes will start to imagine things.

We are shareholders and are not privlidged with the day to day running of a company that we have shares in. There are a lot of things that happen in companies that even staff are not aware off and neither should they be.

I see Bayan as a huge positive to KRL and are the important thing that we are missing and that is logistics and a bit of experience. For what ever reason that the payment (shares issued) is split is really irrelevant and possibly none of our business anyway.

They do not ask what you are going to do with your money once you sell your shares.
