I don't think that CXU has any different skills to others in Vic. I'm attracted to the land package. This area has sat idle (I think) for a long time. But it will have challenges, particularly from the nearby town of Daylesford, which historically has been very anti-mining. But the current government is very supportive of mining, so if CXU do the right things socially then any anti-mining influence will be minimal.
