Agree... AS becomes a technical director responsible for getting things doen on the ground and we get someone who can talk and get things done with the agencies and customers...
AS has done all of the above wonderfully so far but either (1) he is over stretched or (2) has reached his limits in getting things done on time and hence needs to be made responsible for the right goals and not every goal...
I am sure there will be a hoard of people ready to join EGR looking at how well the board is remunerated for a junior with such a low MC... many good candidates would love to get the task of the CEO and get things done where not much technical skills are of essence but the right ATTITUDE and PRESENCE are paramount
