It is all right to criticise the Lind deal, but what is your alternative? If you have a better idea, let management know and I am sure they will be all ears. On the matter of dilution, there are two directors who have been in this company since the beginning and paid real money for at least some of their shareholding. We should all be very grateful for their work , as without their considerable effort, the Company would now be in liquidation.
