No apologies needed at all - this is a forum and we all come here to share thoughts. That means listening with an open mind to others. And I come here not to vent, even though it may appear. But I'm also searching for information. I share my negative opinions in hopes that someone -will- be able to convince me of otherwise.
There's no doubt the company is putting in a lot of effort, and I don't think for one second I could do a better job or make a better decision. Hats off to management. However, the reality is still there: I'm going to be diluted to crap even if the company does well
Ok that's the last time I'll talk about that. Hopefully more good news to come and we do get that non-dilutive financing that we're all waiting for. I believe, according to the agreement, it is financing that we can choose to draw down on. So it can't be forced upon us to redeem all $17 million. But having enough money for just 1 quarter is a bit scary.... I hope that R&D money and litigation settlement comes in.
