I never said I'm not grateful. A small piece of something is better than a large piece of nothing. I'm thankful management struck that deal to keep us afloat. Probably almost as thankful as management is of receiving their nice salaries (and another 8 million options, was it?).
I'm stating a fact - even if the stock price goes up a few hundred %, the way we will all be diluted, my shares will still be worth what it is at 5c. A $10 million dollar NON-DILUTIVE (that's the keyword, my friend) is possible. And myself winning the lottery this week is also possible.
Sentiment is absolutely positive. Recent news is good. Everything positive you mention about the company, I am in total agreement. But what will it do for my bottom line in terms of what my shares are worth? I see no direct relationship. But I am sure the ones who hold millions and millions of shares and options should be happy as their shares will still be worth something after all the dilution.
I'm not being cheeky. I'm just stating the facts.
