Yes, it's the balance sheet I'm groaning about. This is -not- the balance sheet I was expecting when I first invested.
What got us here? The unfortunate situation where management has to pad themselves with millions of options so they don't get diluted like the rest of us as the company raises money, and the realization that even if the company does very well, I won't benefit from it.
