I can't think of a realistic takeover price that would make me happy with a takeover. A dollar - while it might be a realistic number - is ridiculously low-ball compared to the potential upside. From my perspective, losing Resapp for a dollar would be a complete disaster.

Hi TT I have posted this link/article once before and it shows the various ways a takeover can occur. I think being an ASX listed only company that we will be safe from a hostile takeover. Happy for others to browse and post there own conclusions on the possible outcome.
