Everyone here agrees that their salaries were way to high, and yes you can argue that the cuts should've happened a long time ago, but looking forward, we are in a position with multiple co-operating organisations for off-takes, loan facilities are set, management costs halved, and we just raised enough to keep us kicking for a while. Not upramping or downramping, these are just facts. Stay angry at the past, but for me I'm glad I participated in the raise. We have one more good roll of the dice I believe. Goodluck.
